When I think about Jesus

I don't think about right or left.

I think about doing what's best.

My son wants some ice cream.

A conservative approach is best.

As long as you behave...

Here's a scoop after your vegetables.

(No stress)

Now my son wants a hug.

I give those out liberally.

No reason being smug.

With moderation

I take into consideration

When to indulge...

...careful, too much and you might bulge

(your waste, your wallet, constantly

being inundated with sludge).

It's the demigods

the People have embraced

Transforming this into that

Not realizing how easily things go *Splat*

But Evolution is here to stay.

Real Simple. God's Way.

Sometimes God is Liberal? Yes.

Sometimes God is Conservative? For sure!

Always God is Progressive? On this I've made my final bet.

Progressive is like Physics.

For every action there is an equal opposite reaction.

Karma. True.

On one level.

In quantum Physics, everything is probabilistic.

But all of it is Governed still.

And even this Probability must OBEY.

Laws of the Universe. God's Laws.

Will you obey them?
Or will you fall victim to your monkey brain, and attempt to slay them?

Smile. It's okay. Cynical me, telling you how to play.

But optimistically I finalize this piece. Because deep down,

as long as you want peace...

I got no beef.

Love finds us all.

Land-locked, or living by the reef.

I'm glad you asked this question.

Have you ever wondered why there are starving kids in Africa?

Have you ever wondered why in America we have to staple someone's stomach?

We live in a society of so much excess, people's bodies have become victims to their brain. We can't control our own eating habits. But we're going to tell other countries how to live right and quick?

Wake up America!

There is no enemy "out there."

The Muslim is not your enemy.

The Asian is not your enemy.

The African is not your enemy.

Your enemy is greed, materialism, EGO.

Your enemy is a system that tells you that you have an enemy "out there".

Your enemy is a system that tells you that you need to be protected. Your borders need be secure.

Maybe it's that you're being kept IN. Good little citizen. You question nothing, so demure.

What happened to your faith in GOD?

Did you abuse it? Did you lose it? Maybe you do like most and *snoozed* it.

You forgot to care for your fellow man.

You forgot to take responsibility for what you can.

Wake up America.

Bind yourself to Justice, not to the MAN.

We are many things. We are a Community Service Organization. We are a Union of Revolutionary Workers. We are a Temple of Love. We are mothers and fathers. We are sons and daughters. We have all been to War: some in Iraq, Afghanistan, others in their own homes, many of us at work. We know that ego looms within all of us. A desire to control the situation, a desire to take over. This desire stems from Fear. It is not wrong. It is not a sin. It is just there. But if we are patient, if we are compassionate, if we are understanding, if we are willing to listen and *B~R~E~A~T~H~E*, then we can have mutual understanding.

And may the healing begin.
